Project Information

Destravis was engaged by MSHHS to develop the Total Asset Management Plan (TAMP) which forms part of the Queensland Government’s State Infrastructure Plan.  The TAMP Framework has been established as a whole-of-government policy for managing Queensland Government assets.

Metro South Health Hospital and Health Service holds a diverse portfolio.

In order to develop the TAMP, Destravis was also required to facilitate the development of 3 Year Plans for each of the following services and facilities:

  • Princess Alexandra Hospital
  • QEII Hospital
  • Logan/Bayside Network (Inc. Logan, Redlands and Beaudesert Hospitals)
  • Addiction and Mental Health Services
  • Oral Health Services
  • Community Health Services
  • Clinical Informatics
  • Metro South Health Executive.

To assist with the prioritisation of capital investment decisions, Destravis developed a Prioritisation Assessment Tool (PAT), in consultation with Metro South Health, to assess and prioritise key investment decisions.

As part of the PAT, nine (9) prioritisation principles were developed to ensure a consistent assessment framework was in place across each of the project gateway phases.
