The Princess Alexandra Hospital Sub-acute Strategic Master Plan investigates new health delivery models and private partnering models.

Destravis was engaged as Strategic Master Planner to manage Stakeholder Involvement and explore site capacities with a view to compatible use of a sub precinct with the main PAH site and undertake a private partnering model feasibility.

The strategy identifies uses such as outpatient services, specialty clinics and subacute services.
